It was an ambitious undertaking in Spring 2008, when Zonta Club of Hilo hosted a fashion show to raise money for service projects and scholarships.

A committee, led by Jan Higashi, orchestrated a smashing success, selling out the Naniloa Crown Room.

Fashions by Montsuki were modeled by Hilo businesswomen and community leaders.

More than $7,000 was raised to help Zontians in Hilo with the mission to advance the status of women.
